Please note: The deadline for your final number for golf/food is ten (10) days prior to your event.
If the event cancels less than ten (10) days prior to your event, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.
As Chairperson for this outing, I understand and will abide by all of the provisions in this outing contract. I agree to follow the policies and provisions of the Deer Track Golf Course Outing Proposal and will cause my participants to do the same.
I also understand that I must pay in full, the total amount due to Deer Track Golf Course, at least five (5) days prior to the date of my event.
* All prices, policies, and rules set forth in the Deer Track Golf Course Outing Proposal are part of this contract.
