Thank you for your interest in Deer Track Golf Course as host for your 2011 golf league. Deer Track offers zoysia fairways, bentgrass tees and greens, the only par-3 island green in Cincinnati and a full service range and practice area. Golf instruction is also available from our on staff, PGA Golf Professional! The log cabin clubhouse is available for social functions, business meetings, private parties, and holiday gatherings. We cater everything from sandwiches to steaks, and like to brag about having one of the best burgers in town! Our goal is to offer you a comfortable golfing home, that is not only unique and challenging, but also an exceptional value.

We offer two packages for all our golf leagues. Under Package #1 , the 2011 weekly nine-hole rate for league members will be $13.00 per golfer, not including cart. This is a $1.00 savings per round over our regular nine-hole rate . Optional carts may be purchased individually each week at the rate of $4.00 per golfer. Package #2 offers exceptional value and consists of paying for both your greens fees and carts for the season in advance. The reduced rate of $15.00 per week saves league members an additional $2.00 per round over Option #1, when renting a cart!

To reserve a spot for your league we ask that you submit a completed league contract, accompanied by a $100.00 deposit. Leagues will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with receipt of completed contract and deposit. All green fees for the first half of the season must be paid in full by the second week of league play. We ask that payment be made with one check or credit card. Checks for individual payments of league fees cannot be accepted. The second half of the season will be due in full, the second week of the second half.

As part of our exclusive league packages, we offer 2 complimentary rounds of nine holes with cart for each member of your group . One round is to be used at the beginning of the season as a practice night and the other at the end of the season, possibly for your group = s banquet or scramble. League members are always encouraged to play extra holes on league days. We ask however that they first check in at the golf shop and pay the appropriate fee of $1.00 per hole. An extra incentive for you, as a new league chairperson, is to bring Deer Track a league of 20 members or more. By doing this you receive your personal league greens fees for free the entire first year , which can add up to more than a $300 savings!
