Wacky Weekdays!!! The "wackiness" has returned to Deer Track, "Wacky Weekdays" that is! Any Monday or Friday, except holidays, play 18 holes with cart and get one of our delicious "Dozer Dogs" (Hot Dog, Brat or Mett) and the fountain drink of your choice for a mere $25 per player! Take advantage of this one before it gets away folks!
The Deer Track "2013 Customer Gold Card". Play six 18 hole rounds at our low, regular rates and receive the seventh round on us, for only a $10 cart fee. Fill up as many cards as you can, the more you play, the more you play for free! The card is good both weekdays and weekends, so take advantage of this great offer.
Couple's Date Nites (Friday-Saturday-Sunday after 4 pm). You get 2 nine hole rounds with cart and 2 drink tickets for the beverage of your choice for only $32 per couple. This is a $14 savings over our normal rates! What a great way to spend some quality time together!
COURSE IMPROVEMENTS
Our greens are absolutely wonderful! If you are tired of putting on "slow, poa" then you need to check us out. The 10th fairway is 100 percent complete and the new grass is coming on stong. The playability of the redesigned hole will be tremendous! We hope to have the fairway opened by the end of May. Meantime, Hole #1 is doing double duty as both #1 and #10. Also, our popular "Zoysia Project" will continue until all of the fairways are converted to the new grass over the next several seasons. If you have not seen the difference between zoysia and bentgrass, you are missing a real treat! These continuing projects are for your playing enjoyment for many years to come. We cannot tell you how much we appreciate all the words of encouragement and support as we continue to improve Deer Track!

2012 Weekend Permanent Tee Time Program
Thank you for your interest in Deer Track Golf Course as host for your weekend foursome. We are happy to reserve standing or permanent tee times for your group, so long as you commit to play at least 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month . Our Head Golf Professional, Jim McDonough, will be happy to assist you with all the details. He can be reached at our golf shop by phoning (513) 625-2500. We ask that you submit a Deer Track Permanent Tee Time Contract, accompanied by a $100.00 deposit. Final approval of your tee time will be at Jim's discretion. Before accepting a permanent tee time, please be aware of the following policies:

1) You have automatic tee time renewal each week, so long as your foursome arrives at your appointed tee time, with some rain days expected. If the entire group is unable to play , please call the golf shop no later than Thursday of the prior week to cancel your tee time. Speak to someone in the golf shop to cancel your tee time. The golf shop is open from 7 AM to 7 PM. We realize that sometimes things occur at the last minute, but please be courteous and call whenever your group will be short of players.
2) Tee times will begin mid to late-April and will end the last weekend in October. Be aware that in the Fall and early Spring, your permanent tee time will be adjusted slightly, due to daylight concerns, which will prohibit the early groups from teeing off on time. It is suggested that you check your tee time weekly during these periods.
3) A few weekends each year will be set aside for outings and tournaments. During these special events we may be required to rearrange your tee time (shotgun or wave starts) in order to accommodate all our players. Our best efforts are made to keep you as close to your permanent time as possible. We will notify you well in advance of any changes to the schedule.
4) Please be reminded that Deer Track is a soft spike facility. To help everyone enjoy their round, pace of play standards for 18 holes will be maintained at 4 1/2 hours or less. Your cooperation in this matter is of the utmost importance. Deer Track staff reserves the right to move faster groups ahead of slower groups. Please keep up with the group in front of you and there will be no problems.
